Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The cleaning and flossing were extremely rough, with very little concern for comfort. There was also poor communication about the treatment and no clear explanation. The staff seemed least bothered about the patient. I was especially disappointed with how they handled my 10-year-old—they were not gentle or reassuring at all. Would not recommend this dental office.

Exceptional service, Exceptional staff, Exceptional experience. Ive never been comfortable with going to the dentist due to being traumatized at a young age. I can honestly say the two Dr's that ive had during my multiple treatments there have been top notch. No pain, no fear, and outright the best dental experiences ive had in 44 yrs. The staff members work well together, they keep you well informed and have been a joy to work with.

Dr. Morazán and Dr. Fuentes are kind, gentle, and highly skilled. They treat their patients with professionalism and genuine empathy, truly caring for those they serve. I would follow them wherever they go.

Am I really going to start by saying that this is the first dental practice you’ll actually look forward going to??? I guess I am. This practice gets it. They nailed it. In every aspect. From calling in to make an appointment -they made it so easy and were sympathetic to my immediate need, to then being courteously greeted upon entry to the practice. I wish I remembered the assistants' name, she was so nice and came to get me almost immediately. She skillfully took the necessary X-rays and in what seemed like a moment, brought in Dr. Morazan. His expertise and vast knowledge of his craft was immediately evident. Such a good dentist. - took his time and explained it so well. I also was put in the capable hands of Dr. Fuentes during a follow up visit and she proved to be just as amazing. I never felt so secure and in the care of such capable hands as I did with just about anyone I got to meet here. And that’s on the important stuff. The basics were spot on too. Comfortable, super clean, modern dental chairs with strategically placed TVs and more importantly, the remote was placed in the right spot: MY HANDS! Loved that. This is Nereida Colcol using my husband's post. Today, i was seen at the Dentist. Let me inform you that although i am fearful of going to the dentist, there is no need for my fear. Everyone from the kind receptionist with the kind eyes to the xray tech that was patient and was gentle and had a pleasant reassuring smile to the hygienist that was like a sister, she engaged me in conversation, we laughed and smiled and she had a tender hand. She made me feel comfortable. She instructed me to raise my hand if i had any discomfort. What she did was anticipate before anything happened. Thats a gift. Then came my dentist Dr Laura Fuentes. Immediately i felt like i melted with comfort into the dentist chair. She ooze empathy. Not only is she professional but she has a sense of humor. Her past history is very appealing to me because she is kind, thoughtful and has a sense of humanity. Her work with the underprivileged alone tells me she is a compassionate ,kind, caring and empathetic human being.She is a dentist for all people.I am fortunate as well as my husband to call her now our dentist.
